Can I print my own brand/logo?
Of course. Based on the minimum order quantity, OEM printing of logos/designs is welcome. For other personal customization requests, please feel free to contact us; we will do our best to assist you.

In this case, you can contact our sales staff to check the recent order schedules. If there are similar color palettes due for mass production and you are willing to accept them, you can place a small order below our minimum order quantity. We would be happy to assist you.
Can I get a sample before placing a large order?
Yes, you are welcome to purchase a sample for testing first. Generally, for samples available in stock, we can ship them within 3 days. Customized samples take 7–10 days.
Is the color of the product in the online image accurate and reliable?
Due to the varying color rendering on different monitors, we cannot guarantee that web images will match the actual product exactly. Additionally, the appearance of the product may also differ depending on skin tone. Therefore, we recommend that you purchase a sample for testing.
What should I do if dust particles appear in my product?
The normal damage rate is 1%-3%. If it exceeds 3%, please send pictures at once, and we will compensate you when you place your next order.
