Customer Service: The processing cost depends on the product's manufacturing process, grade, specifications, material, and quantity—every detail affects the processing price.
Customer question: Why is the price quote from your factory higher than the wholesale price?
Customer Service: We offer custom orders based on your specific requirements; we cannot provide wholesale services. If the quantity is small and production capacity is limited, the cost per unit increases accordingly. Compared to mass-produced items, there is no price advantage, but we can ensure that the products meet your needs.
Customer Question: How is the prototype fee charged?
Customer Service: Based on the complexity of the sample, the cost ranges from 300 to 500 yuan; the time required is 7 to 10 days. We will refund the sampling fee after placing the order.
Customer question: How is the payment and after-sales service?
Customer Service: For payments, we support Alibaba, Alipay, and bank transfers:
1. Alibaba: For purchased items, pay 30% of the total amount as a deposit. The remaining 70% is to be paid before shipment upon receipt of the item. After confirming receipt and the product has no quality issues, make the final payment.
2. Alipay or bank transfer: Pay 30% of the total amount as an advance payment, and the remaining 70% shall be paid before shipment.
In the event of quality issues, our side will unconditionally be responsible for reworking the goods.
