【Transportation Method】

For large items, it is recommended to have them shipped via a logistics company to the buyer’s designated city. It takes 1–3 days to reach the destination city directly, and 3–5 days to reach intermediate cities.

【Product Shipping】
1. We process orders in two batches per day. For orders paid before 1:13 PM, we try to ship them on the same day (in special cases, the next day); orders submitted after 1:13 PM will be delayed.
2. For products with free shipping, if the shipment is not complete, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. If the return amount exceeds 20%, you must refund us all the shipping fees.
