Q2: How long is the production cycle for custom mooncakes?

A: It usually takes 20 days from design to delivery. Design takes 2 days, free sample production takes 7 days, and mass production takes 10 days. It is recommended to place orders 1 month in advance during the Mid-Autumn Festival peak season.

Q3: Can you export products?

A: Yes. We have the qualifications for registration as an export food manufacturing enterprise. Our products are exported to regions such as Southeast Asia, Europe, and the United States on a long-term basis. We support OEM/ODM customization and can assist with all export-related procedures.

Q4: Will you handle the packaging design, or will we provide it ourselves?

A: Both options are supported. We have a professional design team that can provide a complete design solution from the gift box to the inner lining; you can also provide the design drafts, and we will be responsible for production.
