Can I print my own brand/logo?
Of course. OEM printing of logos/designs is welcome; please consult us regarding the minimum order quantity for details. For other personalized customization requests, feel free to contact us—we will do our best to fulfill your needs.
We can customize it, but we can’t meet your minimum order quantity. What should I do?
In this case, you can contact our sales staff to check the schedule of our recent orders. If our orders include identical or similar color palettes and you agree to it, you can place an order below our minimum order quantity (MOQ), and we will be happy to assist you.
Can I get a sample before placing a large order?
Yes, we welcome you to purchase a sample for testing first. Generally, for available stock samples, we can ship them within 3 days. Customized samples take 7–10 days.
Is the color of the product on the web image accurate and reliable?
Due to differences in color rendering across various monitors, we cannot guarantee that web images will match the actual product exactly. Additionally, the product’s appearance varies depending on skin tone, so we recommend that you purchase a sample for testing.
What should I do if there is powder damage in my product?
A general damage rate of 1%-3% is considered normal. If it exceeds 3%, please send pictures at once, and we will compensate you in your next order.
Do you conduct animal experiments?
Our products are 100% vegan, and we never conduct animal experiments. We never test our products on animals.
