2. Regarding the quotation, the customer should provide the dimensions, material, manufacturing process, and quantity of the products. We will issue a reasonable quote based on your product requirements. Since the images sent are only samples or display models, the prices are for reference only. The actual unit price of the products is determined based on the material used, specifications, and manufacturing requirements. Due to differences in material thickness, logo printing methods, and quantity for bulk orders, along with the instability of raw material prices (due to seasonal fluctuations in wood), our product quotes are not fixed prices but follow the principle of offering better terms for larger orders.
3. On Engraving
1> Note that the characters are different from the logo. No matter how many characters there are, as long as they fit, we will arrange them for you free of charge.
2> The LOGO must provide vector images such as AI, CDR, or PSD. The resolution of JPG, BMP, and other image formats must be no less than 500*500. For those requiring a signature, please write it on pure white, clean printing paper using a thick-tip art pen or marker, and send it to us in scanned form or digital photo format.
3> The font is determined by the typesetter. Standard fonts can be requested to be changed. For special or unusual fonts, please provide the font installation package yourself.
4> Advertising agencies and designers shall note the following points for their own layout staff:
1) Font requirements: Fonts such as Xiaobiao Song and ZhongSong with the "Song" prefix are not allowed for engraving.
2) After any font kerning and tracking are applied, the minimum cell width or height must be no less than 1 mm.
3) The final version files must be in .cdr format. The storage version is: coreldrw9.0
4) Files must be compressed and grouped. Otherwise, we will not be responsible for any lost content.
5) The engraving content must be monochrome. Black indicates the part that will be engraved, while colorless (not replaced by white) indicates the part that will not be engraved. If color is required, it shall be indicated separately using arrows.

① Sample production: We accept the production of crystal crafts in various shapes. You can contact us first, and we will inform you about the material, craftsmanship, and applicable scope of the product, and we can meet your requirements. You may also provide photos, concepts, or design drawings (preferably in CDR format). We will design for you and confirm the details.
A- In principle, there are no restrictions on the number of orders, but very small quantities may result in higher prices.
B-Generally, we charge a sample fee and the shipping cost is paid at receipt. (Typical delivery time for samples is 3–7 days, excluding shipping time).
② Sample delivery: We will send the samples in the manner you require, and the shipping cost for the samples will be borne by the purchasing company.
③ Quality: Most crystal products are handcrafted, and minor size variations should be accepted.
④ Shipping: We will ship the products to the designated warehouse or port according to your requirements, and we ensure the packaging is safe.
⑤ Payment method: Wire transfer or bank transfer. A – Sample fee and shipping fee: Production will start after payment is received. (Hope you can understand!!!)
The images on the website represent only some product details. We can create products based on your custom orders, submissions, and specified requirements; and also produce personalized products according to your creative designs, specifications, colors, and materials.
