1. Sample Instructions:

1Only upon you providing clear and specific ordering details (including product model, quantity required, and printing requirements) can our company provide you with relevant product samples. Due to limited sample inventory, we cannot accept requests for bulk orders of samples for the establishment of a gift website or for storing samples for customers' future use. We hope you understand this. 

2<t_Sample Deposit>: Any party requesting samples from our company, regardless of product size or quantity, must pay a sample deposit. 

3After signing the formal contract, the sample deposit paid will be offset against the payment for the ordered products. In other words, the sample is provided to you for free.

4After receiving the relevant funds, our company will immediately arrange to send out product samples.

5The shipping costs for the sample shipment shall be borne by the buyer, and the courier company will collect the fees on the spot during delivery.
