1. Regarding product images:
All images of our products are taken in real use; they ensure they match the actual items. However, color differences may occur when viewed under different lighting conditions or on various monitors. If you need to place an order, please request additional samples for verification.
2. Regarding sample production:
We can provide high-quality sample production services for customers. However, since the sampling process requires certain labor hours, a certain fee must be charged accordingly. If a cooperative relationship is established in the future, this fee will be refunded unconditionally.
3. Regarding sample costs:
For standard products, we will provide relevant samples to sincere customers, with the customer only responsible for shipping costs; however, if the product is of high value or there are multiple samples, the customer must pay a certain sample fee, which can be deducted from the payment in future collaborations.
4. Regarding production time:
Unless there are special circumstances, the normal delivery period is 15 days from the date of receiving the deposit. Special circumstances can be discussed. Please inquire about the delivery timeline with new and existing customers before placing orders, so we can ensure normal delivery.
5. Regarding shipping schedule:
Under normal circumstances, the delivery time is within 5 to 15 days after receiving the deposit. On-time delivery is our top priority when shipping!
6. Regarding payment methods:
On the premise of ensuring the quality of the goods, we charge 30-50% of the contract amount or the value of the goods as a deposit. The remaining payment is made after the goods are produced and inspected by the customer, after which we can arrange shipment. If the deposit or the remaining payment has been arranged, please notify us promptly so as not to delay production and delivery times.
