How to use the Magic Crystal Film
Print the photos you want to create on film, then attach them to the crystal white base (glass) using matte tape. Cure them with a curing lamp, and finally remove the protective film behind it—that’s it.

First of all, thank you for choosing us as your partner. As sellers, we offer high-quality crystal products and services that exceed your expectations. To facilitate better cooperation, we have listed some common issues during the sample process, which are summarized as follows:
① Sample production:We accept the production of crystal crafts and wooden crafts in various shapes. You can first consult with our online customer service, and we will inform you about the material, craftsmanship, and applicable uses of the products, and we can meet your requirements. You can also provide photos, concepts, or design drawings (preferably in CDR format), and we will design and confirm them for you.
A- In principle, there are no restrictions on the number of orders, but very small quantities will result in higher prices.
B-Generally, we charge a sample fee and the shipping cost is paid at receipt. (Typical delivery time for samples is 3–7 days, excluding shipping time).
② Delivery of samples:We will send the samples in the manner you requested, and the shipping cost for the samples will be borne by the purchasing company.
③ Quality:Most crystal products are handcrafted, and minor size variations should be accepted.
④ Transportation:According to your request, we will transport the goods to the designated warehouse or port, and we ensure the safety of the product packaging.
⑤ Payment Method:Wire transfer or bank transfer. A - sample fee, shipping fee: production will start after the payment arrives. (Hope you can understand!!!)
The images on the website represent only some product details. We can create products based on your custom orders, submissions, and specified requirements; and also produce personalized products according to your creative designs, specifications, colors, and materials.
1. Shipping Time
Standard productsFor the next 7 days, non-conventional products will be delivered within 10–15 days. If urgency is required, please inform us of the specific details.
2. These are part of the product; no returns or exchanges are accepted due to quality issues.
3. On Engraving
1> Note that the characters and LOGO are different. No matter how many characters there are, as long as they fit, we will design them for you free of charge.
2> The LOGO must provide vector images such as AI, CDR, or PSD. The resolution of JPG, BMP, and other image formats must be no less than 500*500. For those requiring a signature, please write it on pure white, clean printing paper using a thick-tip art pen or marker, and send it to us in scanned form or digital photo format.
3> The font is determined by the typesetter. Standard fonts can be requested to be changed. For special or unusual fonts, please provide the font installation package yourself.
4> Advertising agencies and designers shall note the following points for their own layout staff:
1) Font requirements: Fonts such as Xiaobiao Song and Zhongsong with the "Song" prefix are not allowed for engraving.
2) After any font kerning and tracking are applied, the minimum cell width or height must be no less than 1 mm.
3) The final version files must be in .cdr format. The storage version is: coreldrw9.0
4) Files must be compressed and grouped. Otherwise, we will not be responsible for any lost content.
5) The engraving content must be monochrome. Black indicates the part that will be engraved, while colorless (not replaced by white) indicates the part that will not be engraved. If color is required, it shall be indicated separately using arrows.
