2. Minimum order quantity: Orders for toys cannot be mixed by combining multiple models in one box! The minimum order is one box per model (two boxes or more for special products). Orders are processed and shipped upon meeting this minimum quantity.

3. Receiving Standards:

The buyer should carefully inspect the goods in front of the logistics company personnel after receiving them. If the outer box is severely deformed, damaged, the sealing tape is broken or missing, or the sealing adhesive is incomplete, and there are clear signs of opening or unpacking, please open and count the goods in person. Any discrepancies must be resolved through face-to-face negotiation with the logistics company for compensation. If a solution cannot be reached, do not take the goods away yet; contact us at the freight station for negotiation. Otherwise, upon signing for the delivery, it will be considered accepted without any objections.

After-sales service: We do not offer returns or exchanges for products. If there are serious quality issues with certain items that affect their use, please report it within 3 days of receiving the product. We will arrange a solution based on the actual situation. If accessories can resolve the issue, we will send them along with the ordered item when the customer places another order. If the entire product must be returned to us to resolve the problem, please return the complete product, but the return shipping cost will be borne by the customer. The returned product will be sent together with the next order when the customer places it.

Due to the unique nature of toy products, which cannot be compared to home appliances, we do not offer the three-package policy for any toys we sell. If any issues arise after use, we shall not assume any responsibility. Logistics Instructions:

If the goods you order are heavy, it is recommended to use freight or logistics transportation via a dedicated line from Chenghai to the customer’s city. For cities at the county level, delivery can be direct or through a transit point. The shipping cost is paid upon delivery (the payment method and price are the same). After the goods arrive, the logistics company will call you to arrange pickup.
