Shipping and delivery

If products have color selection options, they will be shipped in the selected colors. For products without color options, message-based color selection is not supported, and they will be shipped in a mixed color. Under normal circumstances, orders after payment will be arranged for shipment immediately. If any issues arise, please contact customer service promptly to clarify. Typically, small items are shipped via express delivery, while large items are sent via logistics services. Delivery Instructions

For orders that have been shipped, delivery times vary: approximately 2–4 days for nearby areas, and 3–10 days for distant areas. If you do not receive the item 10 days after ordering, please contact us for assistance. Please inspect all items and fragile goods in person before signing for delivery. If you encounter any quality issues or dissatisfaction, contact our after-sales customer service staff within three days from receipt (based on the sign-off date) and take photos of the defective items to share with us for verification. Resolution options include exchange or refund. For cases without quality or color variation issues requiring exchange, please contact us within three days of receiving the item; late exchanges are not supported. For exchanges due to non-quality or fundamental product issues, we will not cover the return shipping costs.
