K-704SiliconeThis product is a neutral single-component room-temperature vulcanized silicone rubber that cures by absorbing moisture from the air at normal temperatures. It is non-polluting and non-corrosive. It possesses excellent electrical insulation and arc resistance properties, is resistant to aging and moisture, and has good adhesive properties.-60℃--- ---250℃Used for long-term use within the temperature range. With a long storage period and stable performance, it can bond common metals and non-metallic materials, making it suitable for bonding between various metals as well as between metals and non-metallic materials, and for sealing applications.

Purpose:
ThisRTVSilicone rubber is used as a bonding, sealing, insulating, moisture-proof, and shock-resistant material. It is widely applied in bonding and sealing of electronic components, semiconductor materials, and electronic appliances; in waterproofing and sealing of electric heaters and electronic instruments; and in potting of electronic components. Specific applications include sealing at the end of electric heating devices, bonding of small motor magnets and metal casings, bonding and sealing of car lights, optical instruments, and lenses, bonding of the casings of electronic instruments, insulation protection of motors, and bonding and sealing of electronic components.

Instructions for use:
First, clean the components generally and dry them. Then, extrude this product from the metal hose and apply the adhesive. As the adhesive comes into contact with water in the air, it cures from the surface inward. The total curing time does not exceed2.4 hours.

Precautions:

1, Heat-resistant components can be cured at room temperature first, and then...50~100℃, processed in a humid oven4~8Hours are required to remove low-molecular-weight substances and ensure full curing, so as to maintain the performance of the adhesive.
2After use, the tube cap should be tightly closed to allow the product to be stored for future reuse.
