It is easy to use without the need for re-packing, and can be applied immediately after opening the container. The adhesive has high elasticity, a soft film, and becomes vibration-resistant and waterproof after curing.

T7000 adhesive can bond with a wider range of materials. It exhibits excellent bonding properties on metals, glass, ceramics, stone, bamboo and wood, fabrics, leather, PVC, ABS, nylon, sponge, films, textiles, electronic components, plastics, rubber, fibers, and paper—including phone frames, LCD screens, middle frames, and other materials.

Instructions for using the LCD screen and frame middle frame: Place it in the seam where the phone bends, either on the stand or the frame. Press firmly, and it dries in about a few minutes. The excess can be wiped off with alcohol. It is very useful and works well.

Characteristics of the product: colorless and odorless, does not white out, simply applying a little alcohol can perfectly remove any excess glue. If it doesn’t fit properly during the first installation, a few drops of alcohol can help, and it can be easily removed and reused.

Special instructions for the frame and border brackets of the LCD screen and mobile phone screen: Please test a small portion first before use to ensure the correct grip method and dosage. Heating with a hair dryer or heat gun will accelerate the curing process.

Usage instructions and precautions

1. Read the instruction manual before use. It can only be used in a well-ventilated environment. The bonding surface must be clean, dry, and free from dust. Roughen the surface before use to ensure strong bonding. It can be used between 10°C and 32°C; optimal performance is achieved at temperatures between 21°C and 29°C. After curing, the adhesive can withstand temperatures ranging from -40°C to 66°C. Conduct a small-scale test before official use.

2. Apply it directly to the surface to be bonded, press firmly down. It begins to thicken after about two minutes and starts to solidify after 10 minutes. To achieve higher strength, allow the bonded component to dry for 24–72 hours. The curing time may be longer at lower temperatures and shorter at higher temperatures. A handheld hair dryer can be used to accelerate curing; set it to a low temperature setting and avoid direct contact with the adhesive.

3 can be removed with acetone or turpentine for wet glue. Once cured, the material can be cut off or scraped away using tools.

4. If this universal adhesive is used for bonding fabrics, do not dry clean the fabrics.

5 This universal adhesive is not recommended for bonding foam polystyrene, polystyrene, polyethylene, and polypropylene plastics.

Storage method: Store at temperatures between 10 and 27°C. Freezing/thawing: Allow the product to reach room temperature before opening the container.
