1. Regarding color and dimensions/thickness:

100% physical photography; due to different lighting conditions, color differences may occur on the monitor. The actual colors shall be based on the physical product.

Size issues: Due to differences in measurement and positioning methods between individuals and manufacturers, all products may have normal positive and negative size variations; refer to the actual product for accuracy.

Thickness issue: The raw material sheets are supplied in rolls. Normal positive and negative deviation in the thickness at the head and tail of the sheets is expected.

     II. Regarding shipping:

Small orders: orders placed during the day will be shipped the same afternoon; orders placed at night will be shipped the next day.

For bulk orders, please contact by phone to confirm availability and establish a production schedule.

   III. Regarding Quality Issues:

All goods have been thoroughly inspected and the quantities verified before shipment. If any quality issues are encountered upon receipt, contact us within 24 hours.

Injuries to goods or damage to the outer containers due to improper operations at the freight station during transportation are not considered quality issues.

Please note: Before picking up the goods, please unpack them to check if there are any damages before signing for delivery. If you pick up the goods without checking and they get damaged, you will be responsible for that.

If damage or loss occurs during the inspection on site, you can directly claim compensation from the freight station (provided there is a insured freight company). The manufacturer may assist in handling the matter if necessary.

Generally, shipping is paid upon delivery, as the cost of delivery is the same whether it's paid upon delivery or in advance.
