How many batches are involved, and is mixed ordering supported? Are there any restrictions on the amount? How is the shipping cost calculated?

All products can be ordered in small batches as per online requirements; mixed orders are supported. For mixed orders, the amount must be at least 1 yuan with no quantity limit. Payment methods include Alipay, WeChat, and direct bank transfer – three different transaction options.

We specify the weight for each product. When you place an order, the system automatically calculates the weight. The shipping cost is generated based on the weight, and this generated cost is the fee for shipping via courier. If you need to use logistics services, contact customer service to adjust the shipping cost; the logistics shipping fee is paid at the destination.

Is the listed item in stock? What if it's not available?

All of our products are available for immediate sale. The items displayed on the page that allow ordering are in stock, so you can purchase with confidence. Due to the wide variety of products and high daily sales volume, there may be occasional shortages caused by delayed removal of certain products. Please understand this, and we will contact you via phone or Wangwang to resolve the issue.

I have already paid. When will the shipment be made, and how long will it take to receive the goods?

Due to the high daily shipment volume, we will ship items in order of payment within 10–48 hours after your payment is confirmed. Shipping time may vary depending on distance, weather conditions, and the operational procedures of different courier services. Under normal circumstances, items typically arrive in Jiangsu, Zhejiang, and Shanghai within 1–2 days; in Anhui, Guangdong, Fujian, Shandong, Jiangxi, Beijing, and Tianjin, it is usually 2–3 days; for other regions, it is 3–5 days; in remote areas, it is 4–7 days. Logistics outside the province generally takes 3–7 days! If you haven’t received the item after the specified period, please contact our customer service. (If there are delays or losses due to increased shipment volumes during peak online sales seasons or overflow in courier facilities, we appreciate your understanding, and we will handle the situation appropriately.)

I don’t have Alipay. Are there any other ways to complete the transaction?

We recommend using Alipay, as the payment and goods are secure, and it is also convenient for future purchases. If bank transfer is not feasible, it is acceptable. Please contact customer service before making the transfer so that we can receive the payment and ship the items promptly according to your request. After the transfer, provide your Alibaba account, bank details, and amount via Wangwang or mobile phone. Once we verify the payment and the items match, we will arrange the shipment.

What should I do if the received product has quality issues or is out of stock?

If there are shortages or quality issues with the items after receiving them, please contact customer service promptly within three days. For quality problems, please take photos upon receipt and send them via Wangwang; we will provide you with a satisfactory solution. If the item is indeed out of stock as indicated on the list, please contact our customer service to request a refund.

Ordering will be deemed as consent to the following terms

(i) If the amount reaches 1 yuan, mixed orders are allowed, with no limit on quantity; each product shall be ordered in small quantities starting from the minimum online order size.

(II) There may be omissions during mixed shipments. If you find that the quantity received is less than the ordered amount, please contact us promptly. The validity period is within 3 days after receipt. If the deadline is exceeded, we will arrange to supplement the missing items upon confirmation.

(t_III) If the product has no quality issues, it cannot be returned after receipt. We will cover the return shipping cost for quality issues; for replacements, the cost of shipping shall be borne by the customer.

(t_5) For items out of stock that require notification, please note “Out of stock – notify me” in the order message!

(t_6) Regarding express deliveries, all shipments without notes will be sent via the default Zhongtong delivery service. If it cannot arrive, please contact customer service to arrange another delivery method, which may require a surcharge.

Regarding shipping, all logistics fees are pay-at-delivery, and the items must be picked up in person. When purchasing products, submit the order and contact customer service to change the shipping fee to zero. If, without special instructions, we choose logistics services at freight stations to save the buyer’s shipping cost, these services do not deliver to your doorstep. These logistics services are similar to passenger buses, delivering directly between two locations—one for carrying people and one for goods. Please confirm whether such logistics services are available nearby before placing an order. Compared to large, well-known logistics companies, these services offer lower shipping costs, but due to the high volume, the service quality is significantly inferior. We do not accept returns due to delays caused by the logistics during transportation. If you cannot agree, please communicate with us to find a suitable logistics option. In the Jiangsu, Zhejiang, and Shanghai regions, express delivery can also be used; the cost is higher, but it delivers to your doorstep.

Logistics companies vary in their pricing standards, and we estimate that these may not be accurate. Therefore, our side will not provide any estimates or bear any costs related to logistics. We strongly recommend that customers find their own dedicated logistics company for the delivery from Yiwu to the destination. Yiwu is already a developed logistics hub in China. We hope customers can select a logistics company that meets their expectations. Our side is not involved in the logistics industry and does not understand the underlying rules of logistics.
