【Baoleqi Toys Contract Description】Please read carefully

Please read the following terms carefully by the buyer; they become effective from the time of ordering. If any objections arise, please confirm with customer service before placing another order.

1. Regarding Retail
1. Orders worth less than 200 yuan are considered retail sales (except for those under the original one-stop shipping service). Shipping can be arranged, and no returns or exchanges are provided once sold. If there are transportation issues, they can be resolved through negotiation.
Please count and confirm the items before signing for delivery in front of the transportation company staff.
2. If the functionality is lacking due to quality issues, if replacement parts are required, no separate arrangement will be made; you must order them next time or bear the shipping cost yourself.

II. Regarding Shipping
1. After a customer places an order and pays, the shipment is typically arranged within 24 days. Orders placed or paid after 17:00 every day are considered for delivery the next day.
2. If there are special reasons preventing timely delivery, we will contact the buyer immediately to resolve the issue. We apologize for any inconvenience and thank you very much.

III. Regarding Logistics
1. Shipping: By default, Yunda, Deppon, Yousu Express, and others are used. If you need to specify any particular carrier, please contact customer service. Without communication, shipping will be based on the default carrier.

2. Logistics: Shipping fees are typically paid upon delivery, and the goods must be picked up at the shipping station. The logistics company can be provided by the customer or we can select the most suitable one for you.

4. Regarding Delivery
1. If there is a shortage, please leave a message with us within 24 hours after receipt. We will verify the situation for you as soon as possible.
2. If the package is damaged or items are missing or damaged, please take photos as evidence. Decline the shipment and contact us for further action.

5. Regarding Returns and Exchanges
1. If the quality issue with the product causes the missing functions it should have, we will provide a refund or replacement. However, the shipping costs arising from this will be borne by the buyer (we offer a shipping insurance for buyers). Most problems can be resolved through simple methods such as replacing the battery, adjusting the battery placement, or fixing the wire connections. 3. If return is indeed required, it shall be done with the product and packaging intact, at a discount based on the duration, and all shipping costs shall be borne by the buyer. Eighty percent discount within 7 days, and full seventy percent discount for any period exceeding 7 days.

6. Regarding After-Sales Service
Please report any product issues to our after-sales department within 10 days of receiving the item (based on the date of receipt). If no feedback is provided beyond this deadline,
After-sales issues will not be processed. Products with quality problems can be accumulated and returned via regular shipping; the return shipping cost shall be borne by the buyer.
Please contact our customer service to register the quality issue first. If the products have not been registered, returns or exchanges will not be possible.
