Natural feathers, handmade entirely (Perfectionists, please be cautious when posting!)
1. There may be a slight color difference between the image and the actual product.
2. The color of feathers may vary slightly across different batches.
3. The bleaching of feathers and some light-colored feathers may appear yellowish or whiteish to the naked eye when packed in the packaging bag. This is not a quality issue. Once the packaging bag is opened and the feathers are spread out, the normal, even color will be visible.
4. Occasionally, fluffing may occur, and one or two feathers might break during packaging and transportation. This is a normal phenomenon; if the damage is severe, you can contact customer service.
Small-scale businesses don’t make much profit!
If you have any issues with the received item, contact customer service immediately. Malicious negative reviews will not be accepted!
The feathers are made artificially, so it’s not a perfect product. We don’t accept returns for items that cost just a few yuan!
