Can I get a sample before placing a large order?
Yes, you are welcome to purchase a sample for testing first. Generally, for samples available in stock, we can ship them within 3 days. Customized samples take 7–10 days.
Is the color of the product in the online image accurate and reliable?
Due to the varying color rendering on different monitors, we cannot guarantee that web images will match the actual product exactly. Additionally, the appearance of the product may also differ depending on skin tone. Therefore, we recommend that you purchase a sample for testing.
What should I do if dust particles appear in my product?
