4.Regarding shipping costs

Answer: No shipping is included for all products. Glass inner-lined thermos cups and glass bottles are usually shipped via logistics with self-pickup, or can be sent via express delivery. Express delivery is not recommended (as they are fragile and may be damaged by the shipping method). Thermos cups can be sold in small batches, either via logistics or express delivery.

Answer: All the materials we selected are eco-friendly and odorless.

6.Will your products have color variations?

Answer: Due to the differences in monitors and resolutions among individual computers, there will always be some color variation. Therefore, it is impossible to completely eliminate color differences, but we will strictly control the range of color variation to make the product as close as possible to the color you need.

Answer: We use a five-layer corrugated outer box for packaging to ensure the safety of the customer’s goods. Since the cups are relatively heavy, they are prone to wear during transportation. Additionally, theft incidents occasionally occur during shipping. Therefore, it is essential to inspect the goods before signing for delivery. If any damage to the outer packaging or loss of goods is found, please reject the delivery immediately and contact our customer service team to handle the situation.

Answer: Generally, silk printing orders are shipped in three to five days, while laser marking orders are shipped in 2 to 3 days.
