Replace promptly: Frequent use of towels can lead to residue on the wool layer, making it difficult to clean thoroughly and reducing hygiene standards. Consumers should replace towels in time based on usage duration—it is suggested to replace them every three months, or even twice a month if possible.

Packaging: (1) Large packs: 1000–1200 towels per pack; 3600–4000 children’s towels per pack; 360 bath towels per pack; (2) Boxes: 240 towels per box; 800 children’s towels per box; 60 bath towels per box.

Once Alipay pays or transfers the amount to our bank account, we will arrange shipment within 3 days; cash on delivery and payment collection at the recipient's bank are not supported.
