Regarding the baby
All dried flowers sold by this store are genuine flower pressed specimens, not fake ones. Genuine flowers are imperfect; they vary in shape, color intensity, size, with minor gaps, small black spots, and so on—all of which are naturally formed and true reflections of the original plants. By placing an order, you indicate that you understand and accept this.
Regarding the price
All products for sale are sold at low prices for high volumes; no negotiation is allowed for wholesale. Better quantity, better price—feel free to contact us~
Regarding color difference
It’s inevitable that there will be slight color differences in the lighting and display screens during filming. There is also color variation in each batch of products; please understand~
Regarding transportation
Our store uses Zhongtong/Tongtong delivery by default. If you need another carrier, please contact customer service for confirmation.
Regarding after-sales service
1. Our store offers seven-day no-reason return policy. If you are not satisfied with the item received, please do not open the package. Dried flowers are fragile; opening them during shipping can easily cause damage, affecting secondary sales. Dried flowers also absorb moisture quickly when exposed to air. Returns or exchanges are not accepted once the package is opened. We appreciate your understanding.
2. If there is a quality issue or the wrong item is shipped, the store will cover all shipping costs for return or replacement. If you do not like it or it differs from your expectations, all shipping costs must be borne by you personally.
3. The flowers have diverse shapes, varying colors, and random sizes. These are not quality issues. If you have specific requirements, please confirm them with customer service before placing the order to avoid any inconvenience. Please be aware of this.
Seasons, temperature, pressure, dyes, dispensing, and so on all affect the color and shape of a batch of products. Please understand that it involves natural dried flowers.
4. Issues arising from handcrafting are not considered quality problems, and the materials provided cannot ensure that everyone can make them well. We offer tutorials and experience regarding the production process; feel free to consult us anytime if you have any questions, and we will share all we know.
5. No matter whether the outer packaging is damaged or not, customers must open the boxes to check and verify the total quantity of items upon receipt. After confirming that the total quantity is correct, the delivery can be accepted. The items sold by this store are small items, so please verify them carefully. If you have any questions, feel free to contact the customer service staff for assistance.
6. Please do not leave negative reviews arbitrarily; we value your feedback. We strive to improve, but we cannot meet the expectations of every customer. E-commerce is challenging, so please be kind. We hope to complete each transaction happily.

Thank you for your choice this time. We hope our trust will enable us to work together again.
