The client provides the design drafts, and our company confirms the documents are acceptable. The client pays the sample production fee, and we arrange the sample production and send it out. After the client confirms the sample is satisfactory, a bulk production contract is signed. The client pays a 30% deposit, and we schedule the production of the bulk goods. The bulk goods are approved (photos are taken or the bulk samples are sent for confirmation by the client or inspected by the client in person). Once the client pays the remaining balance, we arrange shipment.
