1. Material: Eco-friendly natural rubber + Jiaji fabric

1. The fabric uses high-density Gajun cloth, with a smooth and delicate surface. It is suitable for most optical mice and offers excellent positioning.

2. The bottom surface features a standard international 3L natural rubber pattern with anti-slip patterns, ensuring it does not slide easily on any tabletop.

3. Process: Standard monochrome screen printing (limited to one logo; the surface has a textured effect, printed twice), base layer screen printing (required by external brands; the logo color is clear, printed more than 7 times, and production cost is higher than standard printing), color thermal transfer printing (suitable for printing most mouse pads; involves high-temperature thermal sublimation printing, widely used, with vibrant colors).

II. Colors

The color of the finished mouse pad cannot be determined based on the color of the computer screen. Printed color and displayed color are two completely different concepts. Therefore, the product printed will differ from what appears on the computer; a mouse pad is simply a mouse pad, not a work of art.

III. Instructions

1. For bulk orders, the price will be discussed separately; the price is calculated based on quantity, specifications, and thickness.

2. The product quotation does not include OPP packaging. Prices are based on specifications; for pricing inquiries, please contact customer service. All other matters shall be governed by the agreements in the customer service chat.

3. No shipping or taxes included (standard invoice: 3%, additional invoice: 10%). We will handle the shipment, and the shipping cost is paid by the recipient. If there were other agreements with customer service, those agreements shall prevail.

4. Our factory has a large stock of white cloth mouse pads available immediately. Most production starts only based on customer requirements. Due to the abundance of images of mouse pads and each customer’s unique needs, the update rate is very fast. We will produce whatever the customer requests. We do not accept returns after we have produced the item, as it would be difficult to handle if printed. Therefore, please confirm clearly in advance; special circumstances can be discussed to help customers overcome any challenges.

5. Edge sealing service: standard edge sealing and precision edge sealing; prices are charged based on size specifications. For pricing details, please consult customer service.

6. We can handle any special requirements, special specifications, and special shapes. As long as you provide the request, we will do our best to meet it. Our company has decades of experience in manufacturing mouse pads.

4. Product Quality Acceptance Criteria:

(1) The manufacturer prints according to the documents provided by the purchaser, and converts the document format to CMYK color values for color printing.

We will print strictly in accordance with the CMYK color values specified in the document. A deviation of 10% in printed color accuracy is normal. For some difficult printing tasks, the color accuracy may only reach 80%, resulting in variations in shade within a batch; this situation is unavoidable.

For clients with long-term cooperation, the same document; slight differences in color due to different printing sessions. (Note: For existing clients, please provide us the previous shipments, and we will print according to the previous colors. If not, we will recolor and it will be slightly different from the initial colors).

For customers with high requirements for color, we recommend having an initial sample confirmation or coming to the factory for on-site color matching.

(2) Due to the thermal expansion and contraction of rubber: the material thickness deviation ranges from +0.2mm to -0.3mm, while the length and width deviations for smaller sizes are between 2–3mm. The extension of the keyboard pad by 2–3CM is also a normal phenomenon, as rubber has elasticity. Our tooling is manufactured strictly according to standard dimensions; however, occasional size deviations may occur in the produced rubber products, which cannot be avoided.

(3) Rubber odor issue: If rubber products have no smell, they are not genuine rubber. The mouse pads produced by our factory are odorless and non-toxic; however, rubber itself has a slight scent. This is a normal characteristic. When newly manufactured, the smell is stronger. Since it is produced through high-temperature thermal transfer, after receiving the product, it should be placed in a well-ventilated area for some time, and generally, the smell cannot be detected unless close to the nose.

Regarding the Advertising Law:

Due to the Advertising Law prohibiting the use of extreme terms when describing products, while such usage is explicitly prohibited, there is no complete list specifying them. Given that our store offers many products, the wording used by our designers when describing products or the descriptions provided by customer service during inquiries may contain errors.
