Buyer Notes

6. Regarding fragile items: The goods must be received in person by the buyer, and signed for only after inspection confirms they are intact. If any damage is found, the signature can be rejected and the item returned directly. Returns are supported, with a refund included (only for Zhongtong shipping; other couriers do not receive refunds, and the shipping cost is to be paid by the buyer). Any issues that occur after signing due to someone else signing on behalf or lack of proper inspection will be borne by the buyer.
