Buyer Notes

1. Before purchasing the item, the buyer is requested to contact me first to confirm if it is in stock, to avoid delays due to lack of availability. However, it is generally available. If there are stock items in the store after payment, delivery can be made within 1 day; however, there may be special circumstances, and if delivery is delayed, the customer will be notified.

2. Orders will be shipped only after payment is received; payment before delivery is not accepted. Alipay is welcome. This store sells at the actual price; no bargaining is allowed!

3. Due to the processes of display, photography, and graphic creation, there may be slight color variations in the product! The actual colors shall be based on the physical item!

4. Please complete the transaction within 5 days after purchasing the item.

5. Regarding returns and exchanges: Once products are sold, we do not accept returns but can process exchanges. Exchanges are accepted for dissatisfaction, dislike, or other reasons. The shipping cost is to be paid by the buyer. Contact us and request a replacement within 2 days of receiving the item; no further processing will be done after this deadline.

6. Regarding fragile items: The goods must be received in person by the buyer, and signed for only after inspection confirms they are intact. If any damage is found, the signature can be rejected and the item returned directly. Returns are supported, with a refund included (only for Zhongtong shipping; other carriers do not cover shipping costs, which the buyer must pay). Any issues arising from someone signing for the item or incomplete inspection after signing will be borne by the buyer.
7. After receiving the goods, if you are satisfied with this transaction, please don’t forget to give us positive feedback as support. If you are not satisfied or have any comments or suggestions, please let us know so we can improve!

Warm reminder: When you receive the goods, please carefully check whether the items match the model and quantity you ordered based on the packaging information. If there are any discrepancies or damages, you may directly write “Item damaged, refuse to accept” or “Item does not match, refuse to accept” on the receipt and reject the goods. Please call our company immediately, and I will handle the situation accordingly. There is no need to worry.
