III. Regarding Unreasonable Returns
If you are not satisfied after receiving the item, you may return it without reason. However, we would appreciate it if you could contact us before making a return decision to see if there is any way to remedy the situation. If you still decide to return it, please do so within three days of receipt. During this period, please do not wear it and strictly avoid washing it.
5. There are numerous products, and it is inevitable that a small number of items may be temporarily out of stock. To avoid any unnecessary trouble for you, it is best to contact us before placing an order.
IV. After purchasing the item, the buyer must pay within three days. If the payment is not made within three days, we cannot guarantee that the item will be retained for you. Let’s support each other. Thank you!
5. The buyer must inspect the package in person when signing for it to ensure that no items have been stolen during transportation. If any items are missing or damaged, please do not sign for the package and contact me immediately. Only then can I discuss compensation with the courier or post office. Do not inform me after signing for the package that something is missing or the item is damaged; in such cases, I will not assume any responsibility (in accordance with Alipay’s transaction dispute resolution guidelines).
