Due to high order volumes at the factory and limited production staff, shipping drop-shipping and small-order orders from Shenzhen typically takes 72 hours, and the shipping costs are higher than those for warehouse shipping (due to different express delivery rates between the two locations). To help customers receive their items faster and save time and shipping costs, the goods will be shipped from the warehouse within 24 hours!

Regarding warranty details — in order to provide better service to customers and agents, the company’s product warranty commitment is that as long as the product is still being produced, lifetime free warranty is provided (repairs not covered by warranty are also free; however, for damage to valuable parts and accessories, the customer service team will notify you in advance of the replacement cost, and the customer may decide whether to proceed with the repair after receiving the notice). However, the shipping costs for both repair visits are to be borne by the customer and the agent/distributor, and the funds can be refunded to the factory for further repairs!

Instructions regarding sample fees and shipping costs for returns—In order to allow customers and authorized distributors to experience the products, samples are available both free and charged (please consult customer service for the fee structure per sample). However, all shipping costs are borne by the customer or authorized distributor.
