1. Delivery Instructions
1. If any product shows functional failure within 7 days of receipt (based on the delivery note signature date), please contact us promptly. Claims after this period will not be accepted.
2. For customer specifications regarding product color or style, we will do our best to meet them, but this is not guaranteed (e.g., if inventory in the warehouse cannot satisfy the requirements). If the color or style does not match, no return or exchange will be provided (the customer can indicate that delivery cannot be arranged according to the requirements, and a shortage will be handled accordingly).
3. When receiving the goods, if the outer packaging is damaged, it is necessary to open the box for inspection. If any damage to the product occurs due to transportation issues or other quality problems, please have the relevant shipping company issue a certified certificate, and provide this certificate to us. We will assist the customer in filing a claim.
4. For orders not received as required, we shall not bear any responsibility if the goods are damaged or lost due to logistics issues.

II. Return Instructions

1. The following conditions do not allow for returns or exchanges: the returned product has an incomplete packaging, missing accessories or related documents; repairs or modifications made without authorization; use or storage not in accordance with normal methods; products exceeding their shelf life; returned products have labels attached, or the product is counterfeit.

2. When customers return items due to quality issues, they request that the items be sent back to our company via regular postage mail. The shipping cost is to be paid by the customer, and for areas in Jiangsu, Zhejiang, and Shanghai, it is possible to negotiate a courier return option. After receiving the items, we will cover the additional shipping cost and the actual product expenses according to the postal office invoice. If the customer returns the items via courier or other methods without contacting customer service first, we will refuse to accept the package.

3. All returns packages must be returned using a real name (i.e., the order sender’s name). Before shipping, it is necessary to communicate with customer service and provide a return list.
