We will not pay extra postage separately~~ If there are significant stock shortages, we will communicate with you promptly to decide whether to ship these items or not~~
III. Regarding goods receipt: When receiving goods, whether via courier or logistics delivery, please inspect the items on the spot. First, select the items according to the “delivery list” before signing for receipt (especially if the package is damaged, make sure to count everything carefully). If any issues are discovered during receipt, contact us immediately via the phone listed in the “delivery list” while the courier or logistics company staff are present. After signing for receipt, discuss the problems—such as missing or extra items—with us. We are not responsible for such situations. Those with concerns are advised not to take photos. Thank you for your understanding.
For customers who are truly worried, it is recommended to use logistics services, attach a value guarantee before shipment, and conduct on-site inspection upon delivery. In such cases of loss or damage, the logistics company will provide appropriate compensation. The importance of attaching a value guarantee with the courier service is not significant, but if damage or loss occurs, there will still be corresponding compensation.
Attention! The signature is invalid! You must inspect the goods first before signing for delivery. Otherwise, if you claim damage after signing, the courier or logistics company will never compensate! It’s useless to try to negotiate with us afterwards!

The goods sent out are highly valued by everyone, but once they reach the logistics or delivery company, they may suffer damage due to handling. Unless the logistics or delivery company compensates for the damage, we are unable to cover such costs and cannot promise returns or exchanges. The shipping costs associated with returns due to quality issues will be paid by us. Goods that meet the return conditions will have their cost deducted from the next payment or refunded.
5. Regarding inquiries: Due to the large volume of sales, we issue a ten-day list for our sales data. Inquiries for orders beyond ten days are not accepted, unless there are quality issues.
6. Regarding the specification of product colors or styles: In principle, products will be distributed randomly, with an effort to include as many different colors and styles as possible. The colors in product images are for reference only; it is not guaranteed that the actual shipped colors will match exactly those in the images. If there is any discrepancy in color or style, no returns or exchanges will be accepted. 7. Instructions regarding delivery information: The delivery information must be accurate and correct.
