Shipping issues: 1. After you pay, under normal circumstances, we will process your order within 24 hours. The goods will arrive within 1–3 days after shipping, depending on the region. Shipping cost issue: We default to Yuantong shipping; if you prefer another carrier, please contact us. For logistics, we choose "transit" delivery, which can generally be sent to all provinces across the country. Compared to express shipping, it is slower but the cost is lower. We do not cover the shipping costs for express deliveries; however, for logistics services, payment is usually required upon delivery, and we typically use logistics when the quantity is large.

After-sales issues: 1. Products undergo testing before leaving the factory, but some defects may still occur. If you receive any defective items, please collect them and send them back for replacement at once (the shipping cost for the replacement item will be paid by the buyer, while the return shipping cost will be covered by the seller).

2. The basic product warranty is 1 month; customers with long-term cooperation receive extended warranties. Replacements are not provided for intentional damage, such as scratches, aging, or color changes in wires.

3. For the repaired headphones, each one must have a note indicating the issue attached to the packaging bag. Headphones without such a note will not be eligible for repair service.
