A bellows tube is a tubular elastic sensitive element formed by connecting foldable wrinkled sheets along the folding and stretching direction. Its open end is fixed, while the sealed end is in a free state, and auxiliary spiral springs or springs are used to enhance elasticity. During operation, under internal pressure, it stretches along the length of the tube, causing the moving end to move in a displacement that is related to the pressure. The movement of the moving end drives a pointer, thereby directly indicating the magnitude of the pressure. Bellows tubes are often combined with displacement sensors to form pressure sensors that output electrical charges; they are also sometimes used as isolation components. Due to the requirement for significant volume change during expansion, their response speed is lower than that of Bourdon tubes. Bellows tubes are suitable for measuring low pressures.
