2. The unit price varies depending on quantity, dimensions, accessories, manufacturing process, etc.
3. The mold fee is also calculated based on the complexity and size of the design; it can reach a retoprint fee of 1,000,000 units.
We are a factory with over 10 years of experience in manufacturing hardware accessories. We are highly proficient in various production methods for all types of hardware accessories. Depending on whether the product logo has embossed or raised effects, there are several possible production approaches.

1. For products with a flat logo, use: four-color flat printing or laser printing.

II. For products with embossed logos: The logo is formed directly from the mold. The raised parts of the logo are typically coated in a specific color (such as gold, silver-white, copper, etc.), while the recessed areas can be filled with the color requested by the customer—this process is known as painting or coloring. To protect the logo’s color, glue is applied to the product surface, which is commonly referred to as EPOXY or AP coating. Some products also involve filling in patterns on the metal plate surface (application of oil) followed by polishing, a technique known as false enamel processing.
