Size issues:The size is a little too small (for size constraints, if the foot width or shape is larger, it’s recommended to choose a larger size). You can contact customer service before placing the order.
Color difference issue:The images are taken with the actual product, as the lighting on the camera monitor differs, resulting in a slight color variation in very rare cases.
Smell issue:This store offers direct sales from the manufacturer. The newly produced shoes may have a bit of glue smell, which has nothing to do with quality. Please store them in a cool and well-ventilated place. The smell will dissipate over time.
After-sales issues:If there are any issues with the sold shoes, please contact our customer service immediately and describe the situation; our customer service will handle it.
Quality issues:Severe quality issues such as delamination and cracking occurred within 7 days; our store will cover all associated costs.
Return and exchange issues:For exchanges due to non-quality issues or incorrect delivery, the customer is responsible for the return and shipping costs. Small threads, small stains, minor color differences, or a slight glue odor are not considered quality issues and are subject to self-payment by the customer.
