Answer: The design drafts must include the original files such as AI/CDR/PDF. If there is no original design, clear images can be provided.

Question: Does the mold fee include the prototype cost? How many prototypes can be provided?
Answer: The mold fee, also known as the sample fee, requires providing 2–3 samples. If the amount is large, only one sample will be provided. If the customer requests additional samples (no more than 5), a separate sample fee will be charged based on the product unit price.

Q: How many days for sample production? How many days for bulk production?
Answer: The prototype production typically takes 7–10 days, depending on the complexity of the product design. For mass production, it usually takes about 12–20 days, with the exact time depending on the quantity. If there is an urgent order, additional fees may be required for expedited production.

Question: How can I know if the products you make match the customer’s design? Is it possible to modify the mold in between?
Answer: After receiving the mold fee, our company will arrange for mold technicians to prepare 2D or 3D renderings for the client’s confirmation. Before the formal mold production begins, the client may submit modifications, and our company will adjust the mold design if technically feasible. If modifications are required during the mold manufacturing process due to client reasons after the confirmed mold drawings have been issued, the cost of remolding the mold shall be borne by the client.

Question: Can you make payments via online ordering? Is it possible to deliver the goods and pay upon receipt, or should the remaining balance be paid after receiving the items?
Answer: We offer two payment methods: 1. Place an order on Alibaba’s website and pay the full amount; 2. You can transfer funds via bank transfer or Alipay to pay 30% as an advance payment, with the remaining amount to be paid before shipment.
