Answers to Common Order Questions:
Question: For custom customer products, what format should the design files be in?
Answer: For the design draft, original files such as vector images, AI/CDR, or PDF must be provided. If no original files are available, a clear pattern can be provided instead.
Question: Does the mold fee include the prototype cost? How many prototypes can be provided?
Answer: The mold fee is the sampling cost. Four to seven samples will be provided. If the amount is large, only two to three samples will be given. If the customer requires additional samples (no more than 5), a separate sampling fee will be charged based on the product unit price.
Question: How many days does it take to produce a sample?
Answer: The sample production typically takes 5–7 days, depending on the complexity of the product design.
Question: How can I know if the products you make match the customer’s design? Is it possible to modify the mold in between?
Answer: After receiving the mold fee, our company will arrange for mold technicians to prepare 2D or 3D renderings for the client’s confirmation. Before the formal mold production begins, the client may submit modifications; our company will implement the proposed changes if technically feasible. If modifications are required during the mold production process due to client reasons after the confirmed mold drawings have been issued, the associated mold fee shall be borne by the client.
Question: Can you issue invoices? How many surcharges are added to the invoices?
Answer: Invoicing is possible. Standard invoices incur an additional 3 percent, while VAT invoices require an additional 9–10 percent (the industry tax rate is relatively high).
Question: Can you offer cash on delivery? Can the balance be paid after receiving the goods?
Answer: Our payment method is a 30% deposit first, with the remaining amount to be paid before shipment.
