Buyer Instructions
1. The factory adheres to the principle of honest business practices. All products are sold at their actual retail prices, and orders can be placed directly. If you have any questions during the ordering process, please contact us before making the purchase to obtain a clear response.
2. Hoses are produced according to customer requirements. Generally, quantities up to a thousand pieces are shipped every other day, while larger orders are delivered within three days. If there is a peak sales season or a shortage of accessories, delays in delivery will be notified in advance.
3. All product prices at this factory are ex-factory prices, excluding shipping and taxes. For orders between 800–300, it is recommended to use express shipping (with tracking information). For orders above 300, it is advisable to use a dedicated logistics service, as the price is more affordable. If there is no delivery tracking record, customers need to collect the goods in person. For details, please consult customer service.
4. Generally, delivery takes between 2 to 7 days after shipment. The time varies depending on the shipping method, and the seller cannot guarantee the exact delivery date. If you need the seller’s assistance in checking the shipping progress, please contact them at any time. When picking up the goods, please check that the packaging is intact before signing for delivery. If there are any damages, do not sign for delivery and contact us immediately.
5. Within the specified conditions outlined in the product description, the warranty period varies from 3 to 5 years depending on the grade. Small factories focus on low prices with high volumes; if there are quality issues with the products, returns and exchanges are provided without any financial compensation. Thank you for your understanding!
Warranty instructions: If any quality issues occur with this product, within the warranty period, if they arise within 30 days of payment, replacements or returns are available at no cost, with the return shipping expenses covered by the manufacturer. If the issue occurs after 30 days, the return shipping costs will be borne by the buyer. Within the warranty period, repairs are free; however, if replacement parts are required, the associated costs will be borne by the buyer.
