Return and Exchange Policy

1. The following situations allow for returns and exchanges

1. If the product is damaged, sent in the wrong color or style, missing items, covered in large stains, severely broken, or otherwise unsellable, you may request a return or exchange. 2. The following situations do not allow return or exchange

2. Man-made defects, color variations in the product, slow shipping, and poor service attitude from the logistics company.

3. Issues related to the buyer’s subjective judgment (e.g: not liking it, different from what was imagined, different from other products, material not meeting expectations, poor feel, lack of quality, etc.)

4. The colors of the products before and after shipment differ. Due to different batches each time, it is difficult to ensure that the product colors are exactly the same as those in the previous batch.

Do not use glasses during intense physical activities to prevent the lenses from breaking due to strong impacts, which could cause eye and facial injuries; do not use worn-out lenses to avoid color distortion that may lead to vision loss; do not stare directly at the sun or intense bright light to protect your eyes.
7. Maintenance of sunglasses
