The custom details are as follows:
1. Provide printing services for customized cup shapes, quantities, logos, and packaging methods.
2. We will provide the corresponding quotation based on your requirements.
3. The price is appropriate. You can provide us vector files of your logo (high-resolution vector files in AI, CDR, PSD, etc.), and we will provide simple renderings for your reference.
After confirming everything is correct, we will arrange the production of the bulk items. The general production cycle is 10–12 days. If there are any special requirements, please inform us in advance.
Regarding the LOGO printing fee:
☆The printing fee is based on the color of the logo: 100 yuan for one color, 150 yuan for two colors, 200 yuan for three colors, and so on.
Regarding ceramic cups: Information for customers before purchase:
1. Ceramic products are inherently handcrafted items. Handmade goods cannot be identical in every detail. There will be minor variations in size, weight, capacity, and the position of the logo, as well as tiny holes, bubbles, and slight color differences. All these are within the range permitted by national standards.
2. To avoid unnecessary disputes between both parties, guests seeking absolute perfection and precision are not welcome!
3. The product is shipped by default via logistics delivery; the shipping cost is borne by the customer. The buyer must pick up the goods from the freight department. If there are any special requirements, please inform us in advance!
4. It can issue invoices; however, additional tax points are required for invoice issuance. For details, please consult customer service!
