This is the method used by most factories in the industrial area. Generally, the shipping form generated by the freight market logistics company (such as a specific line service) must be obtained from the shipping collection office by the factory. With multiple intermediate steps and the collection offices delivering around midnight, the shipment number issued on the same day is usually available only the next day by the collection office, and the freight cost is typically collected by the shipping department at the destination (since the actual logistics service provider is the freight market logistics company, and factories in the industrial area generally contact the collection offices; even if the collection offices are willing to charge freight, the amount may vary). Based on our factory’s long-term shipping experience, for shipments under 30 kg within the Yangtze River Delta region, the price is approximately 25 yuan per box; in regions such as Shandong, Hebei, Anhui, etc., it is around 35 yuan per box; in areas like Guangxi, Chongqing, Sichuan, Liaoning, and Shaanxi, it is about 50 yuan per box. In other regions, using transit methods or without specialized lines may result in higher transportation costs. Recently, shipping companies have increased transportation fees due to both rising diesel prices and shortage of diesel, often leading to delayed delivery (about 2 days off schedule) – which is very troublesome.
