With multiple intermediate steps and the collection offices delivering around midnight, the shipment number issued on the same day is usually available only the next day by the collection office, and the freight cost is typically collected by the shipping department at the destination (since the actual logistics service provider is the freight market logistics company, and factories in the industrial area generally contact the collection offices; even if the collection offices are willing to charge freight, the amount may vary).
