Regarding after-sales service and returns/exchanges due to quality issues
1. If any quality issues with the product are discovered within 7 days of receipt (based on the delivery receipt date), please contact customer service immediately. Claims after this period will not be accepted. No returns or exchanges will be provided if there are no quality issues.

2. Please contact the after-sales customer service before returning the item. Kindly fill out the after-sales form to enable us to track your return and handle it promptly.
3. For customer specifications regarding product colors or styles, we will do our best to meet them, but no guarantees can be made 100%. No returns or exchanges will be provided if the color or style does not match.
