About returns and exchanges due to quality issues

1. The delivery must be received within 15 days (based on the receipt date on the shipping document). If any quality issues with the product are found, please contact customer service immediately. Claims after this deadline will not be accepted. The defective product must remain in its original packaging (please bring your own packaging; do not attach or write on the original manufacturer’s box). For returns exceeding 5 kilograms, the return shipping cost will be covered by our company. Returns of 5–10 kilograms should be sent via regular logistics; the shipping cost is borne by us. We do not accept expensive logistics services such as Deppon and Jiajie, or Tianti Huayu. Any violation may result in the customer bearing the shipping cost.

2. Please contact the after-sales customer service before returning the item. Kindly fill out the after-sales form to enable us to track your return and handle it promptly.

3. For customer specifications regarding product colors or styles, we will do our best to meet them, but we cannot guarantee 100%. No returns or exchanges will be provided if the color or style does not match.

4. For goods damaged during transportation, considering that it is very troublesome for customers to seek compensation directly from the logistics company, our company will assume full responsibility. However, the claim must be made within 3 days after receipt, and the after-sales service form must be completed and submitted within the same period. If the claim is not made within the 3-day period after receipt, it will be assumed that the goods were intact upon receipt.

5. In the case of sending products not sold by our company to us, we reserve the right to refuse processing all returns and exchanges and have the customer cover the shipping costs, with the goods being returned directly to the customer.

6. The following conditions do not allow for returns or exchanges:

The packaged returned product is damaged or incomplete, and the accessories or relevant documents are missing.

Unauthorized repair or modification;

Products with a post-sale service period.

Seasonal products will not be refunded after the expiration date (e.g., fans in summer and thermal patches in winter).

Please read the above instructions carefully before returning or exchanging products, and try to comply with the company’s regulations to avoid affecting your after-sales service.

8. As mentioned above regarding the handling of damaged or quality issues products, if the weight does not reach five kilograms, and the customer wishes to return the item, the shipping cost shall be borne by the customer.

Regarding returns and exchanges for unsold goods

1. If there are unsold items within 15 days of receipt (based on the delivery receipt date), our company will process a return. Please contact customer service before returning the item, fill out the after-sales form, and include a return details sheet with the returned goods so that your return can be tracked and processed promptly.

2. The returned goods must be well-packaged (please bring your own packaging; do not attach or write on the original manufacturer’s box). Ensure the packaging is unfolded and sealed, unused, and suitable for resale (otherwise, no return or exchange will be provided).

3. In case the customer specifies a particular color or style of product, we will do our best to meet their requirements, but we cannot guarantee 100%. If the color or style does not match, we will not be responsible for the shipping costs.

4. Due to the longer return and exchange period provided, no returns or exchanges will be accepted for products that have been removed from our catalog.

5. For returns due to quality issues, our company will refund 20% off the original price. If the received goods show severe damage, we will provide product images to the customer and negotiate a solution with you based on the extent of use. The payment will be refunded to Alipay or credited to your prepaid account.

Due to differences in shipping costs in Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan, if customers need to return or exchange items, please contact our after-sales customer service first, and the two parties can resolve the issue through negotiation.
