First, we would like to remind buyers that returns and exchanges are not allowed. Once the order is placed, returns are not possible. We do not offer immediate delivery; printing and production start once the order is received. If you return the product, our carpet production will already have begun, and there will be no place to dispose of it. If you are not satisfied, please do not purchase, to avoid any losses for us and to prevent further disputes. Especially for self-purchased items, do not think in terms of Taobao when buying. If you are not happy with color variations or other issues, note that the patterns are just PS images used for reference only. If you cannot accept these, please do not purchase. We are manufacturers; we produce over 3000 square meters per day. There may not be enough for your size, but there will still be enough.

This rug is suitable for distributors; it can also be used as a gift from mahjong tables manufacturers or distributors, Taobao, Tmall, JD.com, PDD and other retail platforms for drop-shipping.

The carpet consists of two layers of material. (The surface is made of crystal velvet fabric, while the bottom is made of hard cotton felt. Patterns are printed on it using 3D printing and thermal transfer technology)

Patterns (see color classification) allow customization of patterns and LOGO.

Can be washed with water

Carpet weight; approximately 650 grams per square meter

Carpet thickness: Approximately 0.4 centimeters.

Regarding shipping costs; most areas include free shipping (as shown on the system). For smaller quantities, a small amount of shipping fee will be charged (we charge the same amount as the courier, without additional fees).

Shipping aspect: Small quantities are sent via express delivery, while large quantities are sent via freight and logistics services. (Only our partnered couriers can deliver; no specific courier can be specified)

Regarding returns: You must contact customer service first to process the return. We offer offline refunds, and you just need to provide the Alipay account to the customer service.

Special note for self-purchasing buyers;

1. No return possible (don’t buy if you don’t accept this)

Do not use the shopping mindset Taobao when shopping. For example, if you are not satisfied, just file a complaint and demand the platform to intervene (here, I simply tell you not to buy—there is no time for arguments with you).

3 cannot evaluate the product (since this floor mat is produced for different buyers, it may not be suitable for you. You have no idea what is good or bad about the product, so evaluation is not allowed)

You can contact customer service and inform them that it is for personal use, so they can recommend a rug that suits you.
