5. Used washed items cannot be exchanged
6. If no contact is made with us to inform the reason for return or exchange, the item will be sent back without any processing.
7. A serious reminder: products with no quality issues cannot be returned or exchanged; if there are quality issues, they can be returned.
8. Regarding the issue, the occurrence of bleeding and uneven patterns in a few items due to mass production is normal; no quality issues will be addressed.
