1. Daily sorting: Start from the ends of the hair, from bottom to top

• Comb selection: Use wide-tooth combs or wig combs; regular plastic combs can easily cause hair to stand on end and pull hair strands.

• Correct technique: Start from the ends of the hair, untangle any knots at the tail, then move upward gradually, and finally reach the roots. Never comb from top to bottom forcefully, as this will increase hair loss.

• Individual hairstyle treatments: For curls, use fingers to gently part them instead of a comb, to avoid damaging the curl pattern.

2. Daily moisturization: A spray adds extra softness

• Nursing products: Before going out or wearing them, apply a thin layer of wig care solution or hair conditioner. This enhances shine, reduces frizz, and makes the hair more manageable.

3. Design and wearing: Maintain the shape

• Reducing thermal damage: Human hair wigs can be styled using low-temperature tools, but synthetic wigs—unless made of high-temperature fibers—should avoid using curling irons or straighteners entirely, as high temperatures will directly melt the hair strands.

Shipping: Orders placed before 2 PM that day can be shipped immediately, while orders after 2 PM will be shipped the next day. For urgent orders, please contact customer service for priority handling.

Logistics: Orders placed before 12:00 noon on the same day can be shipped. Orders placed in the afternoon will be shipped the next day.

Note: Due to the wide variety of products, shortages may occur occasionally. Please understand the inconvenience caused to customers. If a customer’s order is below 30%, we will not notify them to dispatch the existing stock. For other unavailable items, we will ship them promptly once they are available.

7. Out of stock

The customer must verify immediately after receiving the product to ensure it matches the order details. If there is any discrepancy, please contact our customer service on the same day. If more than 3 days pass, the company will handle the situation as appropriate.

8. Returns and exchanges.

Customers can return or exchange the item for free within one week of receiving it, and they are responsible for the return shipping costs. For orders longer than one week, a 10% damage fee will be deducted, provided it does not affect future sales. For orders longer than one month, a 30% damage fee will be applied.

Note: Regarding shortages. If there are differences from the order details on our shipping list, we will carefully verify each distribution step. The situation is reported as it is; we will not compensate double because of third parties. If dishonest behavior occurs, we will consider whether to continue working together.
