Customization Process:

1. Confirm the product, model, quantity, price, delivery time, packaging, etc.;

2. Provide the content of the printed logo design (source file);

3. Produce the renderings and confirm with the client;

4. Place the order and make the payment after confirming that the rendering is correct;

5. Wait for the shipment transaction to be completed;

Note: Once the customized cups for all companies are confirmed and payment is successful, the customization agreement will be accepted. Since the customized cups feature your logo, we cannot resell them. No refunds or exchanges are accepted after the printing is completed.
