Replacement processing plan for non-faulty meters

If the product issue is not related to quality (including minor defects), a replacement will be provided. The replacement will be of the same model but a different color or another style at the following discount rate:

Order value is calculated at 70% of the original amount within one month; shipping fees for returns and exchanges are borne by the buyer.

Order value is calculated at 50% of the original amount within 2 months; shipping fees for returns and exchanges are borne by the buyer.

Orders over 2 months old will not be subject to after-sales service.

No return or exchange will be processed if the number of replacements exceeds 500, or if the number of replacements accounts for 50% of the order quantity, or if the after-sales payment method is a custom design.

Regarding mixed reviews

The orders for goods are quite scattered—one or two items per order, with many styles and low quantities. Due to the fragmented nature of the styles ordered, checking and arranging the inventory takes a lot of time. Therefore, if any colors are out of stock, the quantity of the same style will be increased or another color from the same style will be shipped as a substitute. The goods will be delivered to meet the total order quantity. Please be aware of this.

Regarding shipping: If you need to make changes, please inform the customer service team during ordering with a revised note. If no such note is provided or a note is added manually, shipping will follow the default method. Due to the large volume of orders, orders placed before 16:00 on the same day will be shipped on the same day provided there is sufficient inventory.
