Both the payment and shipping fees can be paid via bank transfer or online payment (Agriculture, Industry, Construction, China Bank) etc. Please inform us promptly after sending the payment so we can arrange it quickly. Shipping will occur on the day of receipt or the next day. If there is a high volume of orders, we will try to arrange delivery within three days. We also support Alipay instant payment, which is safer, more convenient, and faster.

After the order is generated upon payment by the customer, we will arrange the goods immediately. Generally, delivery occurs within 1–3 days. Since inventory preparation is required for the order (some products may be out of stock and need to be produced), please place orders as early as possible based on actual circumstances, so as not to face difficulties in arranging delivery when needed, which could affect your business operations. If all items for each order arrive on the same day, we will ship them that day—there is no need to pressurize us. 1) When picking up the goods, the buyer should carefully inspect the items in front of the logistics company personnel. If the outer box is severely deformed or damaged, the sealing tape is broken or missing, or the sealing tape is incomplete, and there are clear signs of opening or unpacking, please open and count the items in person. Any discrepancies must be resolved through negotiation with the logistics company in person; if an agreement cannot be reached, do not take the goods away yet and contact us at the freight station for discussion. 2) All products from this factory undergo strict testing before being shipped. As they are plastic toys, the quality assurance rate upon delivery is over 97%-98%. A 2%-3% margin for unpredictable issues falls under the scope of exemption.

3) Since we ship through logistics companies, and these companies use large trucks for transportation, there will inevitably be some minor damage during normal shipping. Each transportation company has an agreement; please have the buyer specify the logistics and transportation company you need. Cases such as toys being damaged during transport occur occasionally, and we do not cover insurance for the shipping party. It is recommended to purchase insurance during transportation, with a standard fee of 3%-5%. Please carefully inspect the goods before picking them up.

4) We ship for clients and handle the shipping procedures. The freight is paid upon delivery. If any damage occurs during pickup, it can be compensated using the freight amount. It is generally recommended not to pay in advance.
