Welcome to our store! To provide you with better service, please take a look at the following information first. Thank you for your cooperation!

All products in this store are real photos. The items come with detailed descriptions, materials, dimensions, weight, etc. Please feel free to purchase with confidence!

01 Product Description: All product descriptions include instructions on packaging and ordering methods. Please place orders according to these requirements. If you have special needs, please confirm with customer service first before making the order and noting it in the remarks.

02 Color Difference Explanation: The color differences and variations in the products are caused by differences in the background, lighting, and the display accuracy of the computer monitor. These factors are beyond control and do not constitute quality issues.

The products are subject to the actual items. Those who are very concerned about color differences and minor defects should carefully consider before deciding to order.

03 Regarding shipping: After the buyer pays for the order, we will ship within 48 hours (two days). Generally, orders and payments made before 4 PM will have the goods delivered on the same day (except during holidays).

We will contact you by phone or Wangwang if the product is out of stock. The products sent will not be included in the list; please note this if you have a request.

Customized products shall be based on the time agreed upon by both parties.

04 Shipping & Logistics: The default shipping methods are Yuantong and Shentong. For other shipping options, please contact online customer service. If the package does not arrive or if you need the item urgently, please contact customer service to arrange SF Express shipping (a surcharge will be required).

For bulk cargo shipped via Dashanghuo Logistics, please inform the customer service of the address of the nearest logistics company and the name of the shipping station, so that you can deliver the goods at the shortest possible time and at the nearest location.

A solemn statement: We have no control over shipping and logistics. Please do not use your dissatisfaction with the service attitude or delivery time to evaluate us.

05 Regarding payment: The buyer first selects a payment method (such as online banking, quick payment, Alipay balance, etc.) to pay to Alipay. Alipay guarantees the security of the payment; once the buyer receives the goods and confirms them, Alipay will then transfer the money to the supplier.

If the product is not received by the deadline or does not meet the requirements, the buyer may submit a refund request to protect their rights.

06 Regarding delivery receipt: Please ensure that you sign for the goods in person when they arrive. If it is signed for by family members, friends, or a security guard, it will be considered as your own signature. Please open and inspect the goods on the spot before signing for them.

If the product is damaged during transportation, please directly verify, claim compensation, or refuse acceptance with the delivery staff.

07 Regarding after-sales service: If there are any quality issues (incorrect delivery, missing items) within seven days from the date of receipt, please contact us promptly. We will provide a response regarding replacement, return, or exchange. No further action will be taken after this period.

If there are no quality issues, the sold products will not be subject to returns or exchanges.

Due to subjective factors such as the buyer's personal preferences, dissatisfaction, significant differences from the image, lack of satisfaction, or perceived inferiority, the product purchased by the buyer is not eligible for return or exchange.

08 Regarding feedback: Your sincere reviews are our unremitting motivation to move forward. If you are satisfied with the product and feel happy, please give us positive reviews.

If any issues arise, please contact the online customer service team promptly. We will provide you with the best after-sales service. Your satisfaction is our top priority!
