Instructions before placing an order:

(Note: If any serious quality problems are found, products that cannot be sold must be photographed and sent to customer service within 48 hours.)

3. Regarding returns and exchanges: If you receive the item that is not suitable, you do not like it, or you no longer want it, etc., the shipping costs for both sending and returning shall be borne by the buyer, while the return shipping cost will be paid by the buyer. (Note: If the item is damaged during transportation or affects future sales, the cost of the product’s selling price shall be covered by the buyer.)

4. Regarding missing items: If you discover any missing items after receiving the goods, please take photos of all packaging boxes and shipping labels within 48 hours after receipt. Send the images to customer service, and we will verify the situation before resending the items or providing a refund.

5. Regarding damage: Ceramics are fragile items, and damage may occur during transportation. If any damage occurs, take photos and send them to customer service within 48 hours. Once confirmed, a refund or replacement will be provided.

6. The prices of all products in the store are tax-free; taxes will be added when the invoice is issued.
